End User License Agreement

This EULA (End User License Agreement) is a contract between you (Licensee) and Radmir Volk (the Supplier). By downloading and installing the Fonts from this website, the Licensee automatically agree to accept and respect the EULA.

1. Ownership

1a. The Fonts is the sole property of the Supplier. Its structure, organization and code are the valuable trade secrets of the Supplier.

1b. The Licensee does not receive the copyright, ownership or design of the Fonts; all rights remain by the Supplier. No transfer of ownership of any intellectual property will occur under this EULA.

1c. The Licensee’s license is not transferable. If the Licensee has no longer use for the Fonts, the Licensee is not allowed to pass its rights of use or license to any other person/company. The Licensee is not allowed to lend, redistribute, sub-license or (re)sell the Fonts.

1d. Except for the rights to use the Fonts granted by this EULA, all other rights are owned and retained by the Supplier, including the right to disclose that it is the designer of the Fonts used.

2. No expiry

2a. There is no expiry to this Agreement or its terms, You may use the Fonts Software in perpetuity with no further licensing costs. There is no geographic limitation to this Agreement, You may use the Fonts worldwide.

3. Licence

3a. The license is limited to the number of workstations specified by you in the order and that belong to you. Each device containing the Fonts counts as one workstation. Additional copies of the Fonts can be made for the exclusive purpose of data backup.

3b. License allows the Licensee to upload the Fonts on a web server (self-hosted) and embed it into a website using the css @font-face method. License is not limited to a maximum number of page views, traffic or domains, under the following conditions:

  • Licensee only has to be the owner of the respective domain.
  • Any other method than @font-face is not permitted.
  • The Fonts shall be only embedded in a secure read-only mode.
  • Embedded documents shall be secured against any unauthorized use by a third party.

    • 3c. Your authorized use is subject to the following restrictions:

  • You shall not use Fonts to promote violence and discrimination.
  • You shall not sublicense, sell, lend or lease the Fonts.
  • You shall not modify, rename, change the character composition, rebuild or otherwise affect the original Fonts.
  • You shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Fonts.
  • You shall not create derivative works based on the original Fonts, including creating characters for alpha- bets and languages not covered by the font or designing a custom version of the Fonts.
  • You shall not modify the design contained in the Fonts, even if the font is vectorized and/or converted to outlines.
  • You shall not give the fonts to anyone without a copy of this contract.

    • 4. Limited Liability

    4a. All Fonts installed is done so at the Licensee’s risk. Every effort has been taken to produce the Fonts to the highest standards, in no circumstance the Supplier will be liable to the Licensee for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages including any lost profits, lost data or lost savings.

    4b. In case of a breach of the obligations arising from this EULA, you shall defend the Supplier against any third party claims and hold the Supplier free from any damages, claims or indemnity and costs (including attorney’s fees and judicial costs), whether direct or indirect, incurred by the Supplier in this context and be held solely liable for any such damages, claims or indemnity and costs

    5. Warranty

    5a. The Supplier warrants that the Fonts are free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days as of the date of purchase. Damaged or defective Fonts can be replaced when accompanied by the valid sales receipt within a 30 day period after purchasing. The warranty does not apply to any Fonts converted, manipulated or modified, or used in breach of the EULA.

    5b. The warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are specifically excluded. The Supplier does not warrant the performance and result you may obtain by using the Fonts. Finally, the Supplier especially excludes any warranty on the compatibility of the software with other software you may use.

    6. Termination

    6a. This Agreement will terminate automatically if the Licensee doesn’t comply with any term herein. Immediately upon termination, you will delete the Fonts. The Supplier may ask you to certify in writing that you have complied with this obligation.

    7. Miscellaneous

    7a. The Supplier reserves the right to modify and update this License at any time without notice. However, the EULA that was valid at the time of purchase remains valid. It is therefore advisable to download the current EULA when licensing a Fonts.

    7b. In case If any provision of this EULA is held invalid, illegal or void for any reason, it will not affect the other provisions of this EULA, which shall remain valid according to its terms.

    7c. This EULA and any question arising from it or linked to it shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. This Agreement shall not be subject to the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.

    7d. Any and all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved to The Supplier.
